A Picture of Anticipation

I wrote about Simeon’s anticipation of the Messiah’s birth. I thought this picture captured the idea of anticipation! This is a picture of 4 of my grandchildren awaiting the word to go downstairs to see what Santa had left. They were so patient with us adults!

My husband, Wellford Tiller, is an intentional interim pastor. He realized late on Saturday afternoon that the message he was preparing was one he had already used at this church. I told him about your Simeon story. Simeon was spoken about on this past Sunday at Calvary Baptist in Winchester.
